With this growth, affiliate marketing has become increasingly popular as a marketing tool. But with the benefits of affiliate marketing comes certain risk. In this presentation, we will outline the structure of affiliate marketing, highlight trends in the area, discuss the regulatory environment and enforcement by the FTC, and ultimately provide guidance on important legal terms to consider in affiliate marketing contracts.
