"Fintech and the Future of Debt Buying: Are You Ready?" at the Receivables Management Association (RMA) Annual Conference

Jonathan L. Pompan, co-chair of Venable's Consumer Financial Services Practice Group, will join a panel discussion on "Fintech and the Future of Debt Buying: Are You Ready?" at the Receivables Management Association annual conference on Wednesday, February 5, 2020. This session will present some of the latest views and experiences on approaches to fostering innovation in lending and debt collection, and how the regulatory landscape can influence consumer access to credit, recovery, and investor decision-making. The Receivables Management Association International is a nonprofit trade association that represents more than 500 businesses that support the purchase of performing and nonperforming receivables on the secondary market.
