On April 29 and 30, Paul Kaplun and Chris Davidson presented a virtual seminar addressing the impact of the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act on determining choice of entity during the life cycle of a business enterprise. Paul and Chris focused on organizational and operational considerations, preparing for capital, and exit events, such as an investment, sale, or ownership succession. They also addressed planning opportunities and strategic reassessment in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
