Come hear Venable partner Ellia Thompson, alongside City of Inglewood leaders, local business owners, and Thomas Safran & Associates, discuss the City and Market Street changes on June 8, 2023 at the Astra Apartments in Inglewood. Discussions will include exciting developments that are bringing back Inglewood’s historic retail and entertainment district core.
The event will include:
- A tour of Astra Apartments, a 242-unit market-rate residential project with a Target and a CVS
- A walk of Market Street to see the new invigoration
- An evening with the group as we visit the Nile Bar and the Miracle Theatre for complimentary drinks and appetizers and live jazz music
Ellia Thompson concentrates her practice on land use, planning and zoning regulations, government administrative law, and local housing laws. Ellia works on complicated real estate and land use litigation cases, including representing landlords and property owners in various litigation matters.
