Andrew Kutas

Andrew Kutas focuses his practice on complex patent litigation, with an emphasis on the mechanical and electrical arts. Andrew has litigated patent infringement cases in federal district courts and before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), representing both patent owners and challengers, and in litigation in the UK, Germany, and the Unified Patent Court (UPC). A registered patent attorney, Andrew has also taken part in inter partes review (IPR), patent prosecution, and reexamination proceedings, and has conducted intellectual property (IP) due diligence, pre-suit investigations, and freedom-to-operate analyses. Andrew has technical experience in marine, automotive, manufacturing, electronics, and medical devices.
