Elise C. Lindenmayer

Associate
Elise Lindenmayer

Elise Lindenmayer helps her team handle complex corporate matters for their clients. An experienced project manager, Elise operated, supported, and expanded an international leadership development consulting firm prior to studying the law. As a client relationship manager for a prominent leadership development center, she developed the skills needed to effectively communicate with clients to address their most pressing issues.

Elise gained valuable experience as a summer associate at Venable, where she explored recommendations, provided counsel, and presented findings to clients regarding their document retention policy while working closely with partners and associates on mock transactional exercises.

In a prior role as a judicial intern, Elise conducted legal research, prepared memoranda on various judicial matters, and wrote rough drafts of opinions and orders. As an intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Enforcement Division, she investigated corporations for evidence of misconduct, including insider trading and securities fraud. She also spent a summer as a legal intern for the U.S. Attorney's Office, Eastern District of New York, where she researched and prepared memoranda, attended mediation sessions, and represented the United States in an oral argument on a denial of Social Security benefits.
