Develop a deeper and broader understanding of the real-world application of employment laws in the independent school workplace by being immersed in employment law through a year-in-the-life of a school. Examine employment law issues as they likely will be experienced by school leaders. By considering issues as they arise and are addressed by the school over an entire year, you are better able to explore how most employment issues develop and are addressed over time and in the context of issues with other employees and within the school community overall.
