• Represented a conglomerate of lobbying and other legislative service firms in connection with a corporate restructuring and initial public offering
• Represented a closely held financial services company in connection with a restructuring and subsequent sale for over $180 million
• Represented a New York Stock Exchange-listed REIT in restructuring its management agreements with its external asset manager
• Regularly advises boards of directors of Maryland incorporated entities on duties of directors and strategic transactions
