Washington, DC (June 16, 2011) – The Board of the Washington Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights & Urban Affairs presented a team from Venable LLP with an Outstanding Achievement Award at the Wiley A. Branton Luncheon today.
This award recognizes the firm's pro bono legal work in support of the recovery and relief efforts undertaken by NGOs on the ground in Haiti in the land tenure and anti-corruption sectors. Ed Glynn, Setareh Deljo-Zargarani, Carrie Anne Kroll and Kristen Sitchler accepted the award on behalf of the firm.
