Within the firm, the executive management team and Board continually review and approve a wide range of programs to further enhance Venable's effectiveness in recruiting, retaining and developing minority attorneys and professionals.  These programs include such diverse initiatives as the Just the Beginning Foundation, D.C. Minority Partners, Stakeholder 100, "Call to Action" and others. 

Leading minority attorneys also play key roles on the firm's management committees, including Legal Personnel, Associate Evaluation, Hiring, Compensation, Partnership Selection and Diversity.
