Christopher DeCarlo

Chris DeCarlo advises clients on real estate development, zoning, and land use matters in Howard County, Baltimore County, and other Maryland jurisdictions. Chris represents clients in rezoning, variance, special exception, and conditional use proceedings. He also represents clients in administrative appeals of land-use decisions before local appeal boards and in the Maryland courts. Before joining Venable, Chris clerked for the Honorable Judith C. Ensor in the Baltimore County Circuit Court and cultivated his land use and zoning knowledge as an attorney at a Howard County firm and a Baltimore firm.
