For more than 25 years, Etnire has represented developers, landowners, and investors in the acquisition, sale, and leasing of real estate, with a particular emphasis on guiding clients through the process of obtaining government approvals. Widely-recognized as an experienced project advocate, Etnire has resolved environmental, subdivision, and development issues throughout California. He has been particularly successful in obtaining CEQA and environmental approvals for development projects.
