Needless to say recent case law has focused greater attention on the need for carefully worded permission forms, attention to travel plans, student supervision and guidelines for notifying parents and students of the risks of travel and possible injury. Schools must consider the best method for protecting all parties involved in the travel experience including students and chaperones. The session follows the process from beginning to end and offers a comprehensive strategy for addressing all steps.
