NameProtect, Inc.(http://www.nameprotect.com), a digital brand protection company and leading provider of trademark research and monitoring services, has named Venable LLP among the top trademark registration firms in the country in its annual awards publication. Venable filed 623 domestic trademarks in 2003, 11th among U.S. law firms overall and 5th among general practice firms. The firm jumped from #14 overall in 2002 and #23 in 2001.
