Morton to co-chair Business Transactions Practice, O’Brien joins Executive Committee

On Monday, July 13, 2009, Venable announced that Chuck Morton will join Tuck Washburne in leading Venable’s Business Transactions Practice Group. Morton replaces Andrea O’Brien, who served as co-chair over the past year. O’Brien will join the firm's Executive Committee and will also continue to serve as chair of the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group.
