On June 12, 2010, over 30 Venableans braved the heat and humidity to run the Lawyers Have Heart 10K race, proceeds from which benefit the American Heart Association. Team Venable placed 7th out of 69 teams in the Large Law Firm category. Top finishers for Team Venable were Megan McNew, Lowell Rothschild, Brendan Lill and Alex O'Neill.
