John Stierhoff and Marta Harting represent helicopter manufacturer in $72 million procurement

The Venable team of John Stierhoff and Marta Harting successfully represented helicopter manufacturer Agusta Aerospace Corp in a $72 million procurement to provide six helicopters to the State of Maryland to begin replacement of the Maryland State Police emergency medical fleet. The award may double over the next three years if the State exercises an option to purchase six additional aircraft at a cost of $11.7 million each plus an inflation adjustment.
