The Maryland Legal Service will honor Venable partner Mitch Mirviss with its coveted Arthur W. Machen, Jr. Award on December 5, 2011. MLS presents the award annually to an attorney "who has rendered extraordinary service by providing civil legal services to the poor or by improving the civil legal services delivery system for such persons."
