Following last week’s Supreme Court ruling on the Affordable Care Act (ACA), Venable partner and former Michigan Congressman Bart Stupak penned an op-ed in the July 2, 2012 edition of the Washington Post reflecting on the decision and his part in passing the bill.
In the op-ed, Stupak wrote that “A flood of emotions rushed over me,” following the Court’s ruling. He recounted how “During the health-care debate, I was both glorified and vilified,” but added that “I would do it all over again.”
