At the recent Annual Meeting of Holy Cross Health, Inc., Paul Kaplun was elected Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees. He was also appointed to serve as Chairman of the Board’s Corporate Compliance and Organizational Integrity Committee and as a member of the Board’s Executive and Governance Committee and its Finance Committee.
Holy Cross Health, Inc. consists of three operating divisions in the State of Maryland: (i) Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring which is the second largest hospital in the State; (ii) Holy Cross Germantown Hospital which will open in October 2014 and which will be the first new hospital to be built in Montgomery County, Maryland in 35 years; and (iii) Holy Cross Health Network which focuses on the relationships of both Hospitals with healthcare providers and payors.
