For 16 years, Miller has represented national advertisers as both plaintiffs and defendants in competitor false advertising cases under the Lanham Act, and he is recognized as one of the leading competitor advertising litigators. His clients have spanned multiple industries, and his cases have included a number of leading brands in the food, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics, and financial services sectors.
