James Boland and Lars Anderson win contract appeal for ACM Construction & Marine Group, Inc

Last week, James Boland and Lars Anderson won a significant contract appeal following a 4-day trial at the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals on behalf of ACM Construction & Marine Group, Inc. The contract was for the replacement of deck covering on a training ship used by SUNY Maritime Academy cadets. The Board overturned the Maritime Administration’s termination of ACM’s contract for default and awarded ACM all termination damages sought at trial.
