Venable counsel Robert Davis was quoted in an April 10, 2014 Law360 article on the appointment of Terrell McSweeny to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). McSweeny brings a wealth of experience from her time at the Justice Department and the White House. With her appointment as the fifth commissioner the FTC is now at full strength which some say will allow FTCChairwoman Edith Ramirez to advance more complaints.
