Grace Chung's arrival expands the firm’s established and dynamic practice
Los Angeles – May 23, 2016 – Experienced tax, trusts, and estates attorney Grace Chung has joined Venable LLP as Counsel in the firm's Los Angeles office after more than twelve years with Greenberg Traurig LLP.
Ms. Chung represents individuals, families, and closely held businesses in many industries, including new media and entertainment, technology, and real estate. She advises entrepreneurs and their businesses at formation, reorganization, and succession; high-net-worth individuals with their estate plans and charitable planning; fiduciaries in the administration of trusts and estates; and tax-exempt organizations. She designs, implements, and administers vehicles to achieve family, business, and charitable goals. She also has substantial experience with international income, estate, and gift tax issues.

Ms. Chung's arrival comes as Venable is about to celebrate its tenth anniversary in Los Angeles. Over the last decade the office has grown from a small handful of attorneys to almost 80 today. This growth is reflected not only in the active tax and wealth planning practice, but across the litigation, business, and IP divisions. The firm’s West Coast expansion reaches to San Francisco as well, where Venable opened in 2013 and has tripled in size since.
