Chris Sega co-chairs the Estate and Gift Tax Symposium at the 41st Federal Bar Association Tax Law Conference

On March 3, 2017, Chris Sega co-chaired the Estate and Gift Tax Symposium at the 41st Federal Bar Association Tax Law Conference. The symposium addressed key pending Internal Revenue Service regulations on basis consistency and Internal Revenue Code Section 2704, as well as current developments in estate, gift, generation-skipping transfer taxes. Panelists included representatives of the Treasury Department, Internal Revenue Service, private law practice, and accounting firms.
