Mr. Nawaday is a seasoned trial and appellate attorney, having tried 15 federal criminal jury trials and briefed and argued numerous federal appeals. As a prosecutor, he served in several units of the U.S. Attorney's Office for more than eight years, including the public corruption and asset forfeiture units.
