Weingarten worked to renegotiate Wiz Khalifa's long-standing deal with manager-producer Benjy Grinberg after citing California's seven-year limit on personal-services contracts. "As an artist, he needed to be comfortable to create his art," says Weingarten, "and it was a relationship that he was interested in modifying for everyone's future success."
