Mr. Kay focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with particular emphases on the defense of life insurers and financial services firms in regulatory litigation, consumer class actions, and shareholder and securities matters. He was recently named a Law360 MVP in recognition of two litigation victories against federal and state regulators, in which he secured injunctions against regulations that impacted the retirement investment and life insurance industries.
