Venable Advises DOAR in Spin-off and Rebranding Transaction

Venable advised DOAR, Inc. in the spin-off and rebranding of its expert witness division into a wholly-owned subsidiary, WIT Legal, LLC. DOAR is a global consulting firm that provides intellectual property and trial consulting services to law firms and corporations on complex legal disputes. With the spin-off, WIT Legal will serve as an expert witness agency representing top academic and industry experts. The Venable corporate team consisted of Frank Ciatto, Molly Merritts and Shannyn Yates, with assistance from Kristen Ruisi on rebranding and trademark matters.
