He also has developed significant experience regarding defamation by anonymous posters on the Internet. He has an extensive background in handling high-stakes business disputes.
Belinda Martinez Vega focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, including matters involving unfair business practices, securities litigation, intellectual property, contract disputes, and fraud. Belinda also counsels clients on corporate compliance and conducts internal investigations in response to government inquiries and allegations of misconduct.
