On December 9, 2020, Ed Boyle, Doug Green, Seth Rosenthal, and Maggie Fawal were recognized among BTI Consulting Group’s Client Service All-Stars for 2020. This rare and client-driven honor is awarded to individual attorneys who provide superior client service. The list is based on more than 350 in-depth independent interviews with top legal decision makers at the world’s most demanding client companies.

Mr. Boyle is chair of Venable’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group in New York and co-chair of the firm’s Class Action Defense Group. He focuses on litigating difficult disputes among parties to complex investment, financing, and other business transactions.

Mr. Green is chair of Venable's national Environmental Group. He represents associations and individual clients in complex administrative and appellate litigation, and enforcement defense, and offers compliance counseling under the nation's environmental statutes.

Mr. Rosenthal is a partner in Venable’s Commercial Litigation Practice. He is a trial attorney who represents businesses and individuals in criminal cases, investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice, agency inspectors general, and state attorneys general, and complex civil litigation involving the False Claims Act, antitrust, commercial disputes, and civil and constitutional rights.

Ms. Fawal is a counsel in Venable’s Environmental Group. She represents businesses and trade associations in a wide array of civil and regulatory environmental matters. She has experience assisting clients in a number of industries, including electric utilities, transportation, mining, and agribusiness.
