This survey recognizes the firms that drive superior relationships by knowing exactly how to help their clients and acting quickly. Venable was ranked number 88 in client service performance, up from 162 last year.
The survey is a data-driven ranking based solely on in-depth interviews with leading corporate counsel to determine how law firms compare in client service delivery. The analysis is based on a variety of factors, including the ability to mobilize resources quickly, field the best team, quickly assess the situation, deliver value for the dollar, and understand the client's business.
