Ms. Lynn represents clients in complex commercial litigation, including claims arising from breach of contract, fraud, related business torts, and securities and shareholder disputes. She has extensive experience counseling clients in a variety of industries, including cybersecurity, sports and entertainment, financial services, healthcare, life sciences, and nonprofit organizations. She guides clients through all litigation phases, including drafting and responding to complaints, discovery requests, motions, and briefs; managing the discovery of electronically stored information (ESI); conducting in-depth factual and legal research and analysis; developing trial strategy; preparing witnesses for deposition, mediation, arbitration, and trial; taking and defending depositions; and co-leading settlement negotiations, mediation, and multi-day arbitration.
