Mr. Schamel represents individuals and corporations in white-collar criminal defense, and congressional and other government investigations.

Mr. Schamel has tried high-profile criminal cases in state and federal courts across the country. He also regularly handles matters involving Congress, inspectors general, and state attorneys general, as well as federal agencies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and the Department for Justice (DOJ).
