A former practicing litigator, Ms. Reddien is an accomplished professional with unique experience in the diversity, equity, and inclusion space in the legal industry. Since joining Venable, she has spearheaded efforts to adopted new processes, enhanced the measurement of key metrics, and piloted new initiatives that build on the firm’s ongoing commitment to increase and sustain diversity. Ms. Reddien previously served as the director of diversity and inclusion at a global law firm and was the executive director of the nonprofit Chicago Committee on Minorities in Large Law Firms. She currently serves on the advisory board for the Institute for Inclusion in the Legal Profession and is a member of the Association of Law Firm Diversity Professionals, Inc.
