Venable is pleased to announce that the National Black Lawyers (NBL) has recognized Venable associates Castell Abner, Nana-Kwabena Abrefah, Christian Coward, Jordan Jean, Gregory Packer, and Lauren Williams among its Top 40 Under 40 for 2023. This list recognizes 40 of the most talented Black attorneys from each state or region who are under the age of 40 and have reputations for providing excellent legal representation in their respective practice areas. Selection to this list and membership in NBL are by invitation only and are based on current member referrals and independent research.
NBL was created to celebrate legal excellence by promoting its attorneys as subject-matter experts, developing a strong national network of top African American attorneys, and facilitating the exchange of timely information to enable its members to maintain their status as leaders.
