WTR announced the winners of its 2023 Industry Awards at an exclusive reception at the Flower Field Hall – Gardens by the Bay, Singapore on May 18, 2023. Venable had the privilege to sponsor and present the Fashion, Cosmetics and Luxury Goods Team of the Year. Rebecca Liebowitz and Andrew Price presented the award to Christian Louboutin. The event was attended by over 200 senior in-house professionals from nominated companies, as well as representatives from a number of prominent law firms.
The awards are designed to recognize the vitally important work carried out by in-house trademark counsel, and to identify the teams and individuals that are performing their functions to the highest possible standards. The awards are divided into geographical, industry and individual categories, and the winners are selected from nominations received from the global trademark community.
