On June 27, 2024, American Lawyer magazine published its 2024 Diversity Scorecard, ranking Venable among the top 200 firms in minority representation, women in law, and LQBTQ+ categories. The national report evaluates firms based on their ability to attract, retain, and promote talent from demographics that are historically underrepresented in the legal industry.
The law firms are ranked by diversity score, which takes into account percentages of minority attorneys overall, as well as in partner and leadership ranks.
