During his nearly 11 years as a federal prosecutor, Mr. Franzblau led and supervised the investigation and prosecution of a wide variety of complex and high-profile cases spanning multiple subject-matter areas, including bribery, securities fraud, corporate embezzlement, tax fraud, cybercrime, government contract fraud, money laundering, and environmental crimes. His government experience will yield exceptional value to his clients, as he efficiently navigates complicated internal investigations, skillfully advises on responding to government and regulatory actions, and thoughtfully counsels businesses on how to mitigate risk without compromising vision.
