Elizabeth Manno’s elevation to the National Association of Women Lawyers’ (NAWL) Board of Directors was covered by Attorney at Law Magazine and CityBiz. She was elected as a board member for a three-year term, which began on New Year’s Day.

Her practice focuses on technology disputes, including patent infringement, licensing, and other IP litigation. Ms. Manno represents leading companies in a variety of technology fields, including media streaming, semiconductors, GPS, wireless devices, internet-of-things, artificial intelligence, and medical devices. She also counsels companies on ways to maximize the benefits of their IP portfolios. Ms. Manno’s holistic approach provides a steady hand and sound advice at every phase of disputes. She provides pre-suit counseling to help achieve the clients’ goals without litigation. When litigation is necessary, she leads teams to victory and is an especially strong advocate in oral arguments and on appeal.
