On October 22, Bryan Weintrop was recognized by the Daily Journal among its 40 Under 40 for 2025. This list celebrates the achievements of California’s most accomplished attorneys under the age of 40.
“Weintrop has spent the past decade building a litigation practice that regularly puts him in the center of high-profile disputes involving celebrity clients and commercial cases with significant financial exposure,” the publication wrote.
The Daily Journal also highlighted some of Weintrop’s recent client wins, and touched on how his practice has changed over the past several years. “He has adapted his practice to the post-pandemic legal landscape, where remote proceedings have become standard,” the publication noted. “While acknowledging the benefits of remote work in terms of flexibility and cost savings, he notes the challenges it presents for effective advocacy.”
“It has therefore become increasingly important to develop a style that adapts to the challenges of conducting proceedings remotely,” Weintrop shared.
