National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL) recognized Venable counsel Leah Druckerman in its Rising List for 2026. Since 2021, the NAWL Rising List recognizes early- to mid-career attorneys committed to NAWL’s mission by either advancing women in the profession or advocating for women under the law.
Leah Druckerman is a skilled transactional lawyer who helps clients navigate high-tech privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity challenges, including assisting clients with the protection and responsible use of their valuable technology and data, negotiating vendor and customer engagements, and evaluating and mitigating privacy and cybersecurity risk in transactions. Outside of work, she is “Mama Leah” to an adorably articulate four-year-old; is an avid cellist, guitarist, and bassist; and mentors and supports LGBTQ+ lawyers and law students.
