Paul Myers joined the firm's Transactional Tax Group as a partner in its Baltimore office. He brings more than two decades of experience advising multinational corporations, closely held businesses, and high-net-worth individuals on complex federal tax matters, with a focus on international and cross-border planning.
Additionally, he advises on the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and internal reorganizations. He has supported transactions and restructurings across a variety of sectors and works closely with middle-market companies on overseas expansion and global investment structuring.
