On April 23, NAIOP Maryland recognized Chris Mudd with its Award of Excellence for Distinguished Service in Government Relations.
Presented as part of the organization’s biennial Awards of Excellence program, this honor celebrates leaders whose work advances innovation and growth in Maryland’s commercial real estate industry.
Mr. Mudd represents local, regional, and national clients across every stage of the land development process throughout Maryland, including Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Carroll County, and Westminster. His practice spans negotiating purchase and lease agreements, resolving title issues, advising on zoning and land use, and guiding clients through complex state and local approval processes.
He also brings extensive experience handling administrative appeals of land-use decisions, from local boards through Maryland’s highest courts, and supports a broad range of real estate-related litigation matters.
