A trial lawyer focused on high-stakes intellectual property and complex commercial litigation, Keech represents individual and business clients in copyright, trademark, trade secret, and entertainment-related disputes.
Keech's practice spans trial and appellate litigation, arbitration, and mediation, representing Fortune 500 companies, emerging businesses, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals in business-critical disputes, with additional experience in consumer products, healthcare, and technology. Keech also counsels clients on film and television production and distribution, profit participation, labor relations, and other issues unique to the entertainment industry.
