Jaime F. Cardenas-Navia


Jaime Cardenas-Navia has extensive experience with patent infringement disputes and has litigated multiple cases through trial. He has worked on matters involving a variety of consumer and commercial products, including smartphones, tablets, cameras, printers, nutritional formulations, and solar panels.

During law school, Jaime interned at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in the chambers of Judge Jimmie V. Reyna, and at the International Trade Commission in the Office of General Counsel. Prior to law school, he worked as an examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, where he examined Business Methods patent applications.
