Carolyn Vinson is a tax and wealth planning attorney who uses advanced techniques to provide comprehensive estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning and wealth preservation strategies for high-net-worth individuals, couples, families, and family businesses. Carolyn has a particular interest in the negotiation and preparation of premarital agreements. In addition, she oversees the administration of estates and trusts of all sizes. Prior to joining Venable, Carolyn focused on estate planning and related areas of federal and state tax law, including estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax at another Washington, DC firm.
