Charles "Chuck" J. Morton, Jr., W. Bryan Rakes, and Michael D. Schiffer recently participated in the conference The Power of Angel Investing, presented by the Howard County Economic Development Authority and Walker Ventures. Venable and the Maryland Technology Development Corporation (TEDCO) were sponsors.
Chuck provided welcome and opening remarks; Bryan served as legal counsel on the panel, "Structuring the Deal"; and Michael was a legal representative on the panel, "The Post Investment Relationship."
The event was held on November 21 at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab.
