This presentation will help association excutives discover how copyright laws differ in the online world, learn what an association needs to do to protect its website and other online content - and to avoid violating the copyrights of others. The presentation will explore liability issues related to member listserv postings and what needs to be done to secure rights from members who provide the content of association publications.
