Peter Belk participated on January 12-13 as a member of the delegation to the Aspen Institute's Socrates Society Washington seminar entitled "Embryos, Vaccines and Genes." The seminar was moderated by National Institute of Health bio-ethicist Dr. Zeke Emanuel.
Twelve senior Capitol Hill staffers were invited to join the seminar in equal numbers Republican and Democrat, along with twelve participants from the private sector.
